Major trigger. I won't give in.

Just learned my ex wife is in a relationship with someone new.

This would have sent me running to a bottle a week ago. Today, I'm upset but I refuse to make a bad situation worse by drinking.

I know that it is hard, but that is good thinking there.

No amount of drinking will change it Pat - it's good to realised that.

Trust me - you'll come to terms with anything quicker sober than you will drunk

Aw! Thats like a punch in the gut isn't it!!! Poor you. But like others have said, the drinking won't fix, I'm sure there's someone wonderful out there for you.
