Cleaning up the mess

Literal and figureativy, of being in a severe cycle of depression. My house is disasterous. There is an ongoing list of **** that I have to deal with at work, in addition to meeting with the program manager about the ongoing issues with my new boss. And, thinking about cleaning up the mess makes me even more depressed, makes me want to put it off one more day, or one more week. Anyone relate?

Just start.

Perfectionist thinking stopped me from starting.

Have you seen flylady.net?

Really great baby steps way to get your house under control. At one point I was starting to look like a hoarder in my tiny condo. Flylady helped me get started and still keeps me in line.

I'm so embarrassed. Or, I would be, if I actuat had friends and family members that visited. I'm never a messy person!!!

Perfectionism doesn't stop me...just laziness it's not like I'm sitting around watching TV or something. The cable ship sailed months ago...
