I am grateful for my sobriety.

I am grateful for my rescue birds who always remind me in various ways that they love me (even tho' they've been through horrible things in their pasts).

I am grateful for health insurance.

I am grateful that i can sit quietly, listen to peaceful music and watch my birds preen themselves and take naps; they reinforce my own peacefulness.
