. After today's meeting a group of us went to lunch. It occurred to me that it is important to "fellowship", it reminds me that I have a great time going out without the alcohol. A fun way to be active in my recovery. I'm signing in for another 24 hours, thanks to my HP & AA.

I'm just back from our AA group Business Meeting...

Some very serious talk about anonymity...

And I'm planning to be sober the next 24 hours, starting at 8:20 PM Pacific Daylight Time..

12amET...md; what a day! Got med from ER but it's prescription. Was able to receive help from friend here. Church was good msg & mtg was timely. Must have focused too much on me coz realized was selfish in review of day. Still sober & of course very much alive
