Obo - the anticipation is killing me!!! Lol! I hope no one misses your story in the previous thread lol.

ALL ABOARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Part 4
As the sun began to set Dee turned the volume down to Boz Scaggs, Lido shuffle, which Mrs bee had requested (the fools all loved driving to that diddy) and announced it was 20 miles until we stopped for the night.
Topspin jumped up and ran to the front of the Bus, used the 2 way speaker system, installed by ST, and asked Dee to pull over.
Topspin held court and asked all the fools who was up for riding, running, walking to the 'Hotel Calafornia' for the night.
Well that was it.
Applekat, Areyoukittenme and adnamaell all rose in unison and exited the Bus to begin detaching the bikes from the back of the Bus.
Chickchick had to take care of the 17 chicks and the Mother hen as she too gabbed her bike, so she passed them to Obo who was still placed on silence and still by himself at the the front of the Bus.
The rest of the fitness fools jumped off the Bus and headed off the highway, down the winding dirt road, lined like an avenue with pine trees a hundred metres in the air.
Dee flicked the lights on high beam as the Bus slowly bumbled its way to the fools sleeping quarters for the night.
The fitness fools waited at the gate for the Bus and together at the front gate the fools all read the sign.....
"YOU CAN CHECK OUT ANY TIME YOU LIKE BUT YOU CAN NEVER LEAVE"
Jesus yelled Pancea, which fool's idea was this.
Obo's anxiety started to kick in.
The fools all tured to Dee.
Dee: No it wasn't me, Mariah and Stormi were in charge of the accommodation and Sol and Luc are in charge of the sleeping arrangements.
Fools: WHAT
Dee: HA.
Obo's anxiety went into 2nd gear, with a slight smile though.
Izzy8: Come on you fools, we've all been to worse hotels than this hey? Ya'll just gotta think of the worst hotels you've ever been in, then this will seem like paradise city!
Up: I cant remember half of them.
ST: Me either.
SSSSHHHHH Dee commanded.
The fools all respected Dee so they shut up and waited for the verdict.
Dee: We're staying here, we're low on fuel and we've already paid. Right everyone un pack the Bus and grab you things. Chickchick you cant leave those birds on the Bus you're going to have to smuggle them inside.
Too easy thought chickchick to herself, this is nothing compared to the incident with airport security.
ST began turning off the televisions, stereos, ipods, laptops, speakers, subwoofers, game consoles, dvd players and bus side airbags, which he'd had installed to protect his fellow fools after hearing rumours of Dee's driving ability.
As the fools headed for reception all thoughts were on Sol and Luc who were in charge of who was sleeping with who. All the Fools knew was that it was 2 to a room and there was to be arguing, the decision was final........
Obo's anxiety kicked into 3rd gear, he started on his breathing practices, with a seriously concerned look on his face.
As the bell boys came to grab the fools bags in the reception area Dee handed Up the rules for the evening.
Up : All right you guys and gals, this is it, the rules for the night! Now as we are all friends here, lets wok together and see how it goes
Obo was now pulling hair out of his face and sweating.
The rules are....
1/. No drinking/drugging. The bar is off limits.
2/. No leaving your room after 10.00pm
3/. No phones
St sniggered to himself, he had two spare in his bag and three on the Bus.
4/. No talking of religion, politics or anything that might set us all off...
The fools all verbally agreed, some louder than others.
Then came the big news, who was in whose room. This anticipation of this had set the cat amongst the pigeons. The Fools all tuned in as Luc unfolded the list.
Luc: Ok guys this was done randomly by myself and Sol, we had no say in it, just a matter of luck I'm afraid, so here goes you guys"

Hi everyone,
I've been thinking about a weekend strategy for our fools team.
I wondered if it might help for us to have a rule which we verbally sign up to just before the weekend begins.
A rule which we deploy when the gremlin comes to visit.
So if we feel like we might break our resolve to stay sober, before we throw in the towel, we might promise to (for example):
Check in to SR and let loose with any emotions that are building up, and share whatever's going on.
We drink a glass or two of water/fruit juice
We have something to eat.
We do some exercise.
Lastly, we take a nap (this would be my favourite!)
Basically, a little routine which will last long enough for the cravings to pass, and distract us from the mind games that the gremlin plays.
Its just a thought, what do you think? Are there any other little rituals which might help, or might be better?
If we agree on our "Fools Rule", we can approach the weekend with the precision planning of a Navy Seal or a Royal Marine Commando. Hopefully, our weekend mission will end successfully.

I have a repeat of last night. Mint choc chip and OITNB TV.
This works for me on weekdays. Gonna have to work a new plan this weekend.
Oh it's Fathers Day Sunday - gotta work on that; do some crafts with the kids. lol.

I love those rules, top! That's pretty much what I've been doing, and in that order...
And omg Obo - can't wait to read the rest!! I get to unveil the list, I can't wait, mwuahahahaha......
Also, I just realised I'm on day 20.
I have my appointment tomorrow with the intake counselour for getting into some groups. I can't wait.

Got on my creative side and made some beaded jewlery to trade or sell at the music event I'm going to next weekend, it felt good to do something other then Xbox after work lol, my fiancé and I had fun playing crafts...long day but good....glad everyone is still here and hanging in, nomatter how <3

Rock- hang in there with us! I agree w ST- you being conscientious like this at your age is a great sign of your strength of character.
Freein- that's SO GOOD! I'm going to employ those this weekend. Are you a counselor by profession? You always have such great ideas!
ST- love your positive thoughts. Your words remind me of earlier when we were admiring a beautiful sunset out here.

Ok so, I realized tonite very clearly what probably my biggest trigger is. It's a continual challenge I face that I have to learn to deal with more healthfully. It's something that frankly just wears me out and breaks my heart, continually. So, ST- you and you all who let us see your hearts in this journey have been such inspiration for me to face my stuff! Even when it's highly uncomfortable and I'm not sure how... One day at a time, right?!
