Thank you for all the positive stories and life experiences. I maybe think of a cold frosty beer once a month now but have decided never to drink a drop of alcohol again! One is not enough and 10 is not to many. My next steps are nutrition and exercise. I live God's word now and have the spiritual taken care of. I want to go the other direction now and become the poster child for health! Stay sober everyone. ..your in my prayers always. ..thanks dee
