Catch up later mate.
hey guys i'm here. i'm very busy on saturdays-wednesdays so i dont poke in as much since i'm very occupied with my time.
with what you say?
poker, bowling league, playing music in my band, fishing, hiking. the other days i have my daughter.
still sober. still here. still hangin' on. anxiety has decreased a lot. temptation for alcohol comes up at weirdest times. i think tomorrow is day 100.
glad everyone came to the new thread. thanks for caring everyone!
have a good evening.

good morning, everyone! I haven't been around as much as I'm busy with work these days. I'm tackling the one huge job that will give me my freedom! I'm just keeping it in perspective so I don't overwhelm myself with the size and difficulty of the job. We'll make it, that's for sure. I'm hoping to sell my building within a year and move to the West Coast of Canada. I have a sister out there and the climate is a WAY better than where I currently am. Other than work, everything is going along. Feeling pretty damn good, with the occasional "bad" day thrown in the mix. Good to hear you're feeling better, Brazilian! You're doing fantastic! Walking our favorite friends in the fresh air sounds like a nice day! Hope you enjoy doing it again today,Brazilian !

Not sure why but having a dog makes sobriety easier for me, it forces me to get out into the fresh air and I always come back feeling great regardless of how I felt when going out.

Good to hear from you HC, glad you are doing pretty fine
Today I'm going to ride the subway of this crazy city, which is never a joy. But the importante thing is I'm keeping up with my tasks, sober, and not depressed. Can't ask for much more than that for now

My day was not too bad, I am losing my job in a couple of weeks though which is frustrating, but the company is going bust so not much I can do on that front other than look for something else, but no point drinking over it as it will only add a headache to the heartache.
This is my day 2 without caffeine too, it's going surprisingly well as I feel way better already without it, less anxious too which us cool.
I'm cutting down on sugar too at the moment but not sure how long that will last to be honest, love my ice cream too much lol.
