I really should go home. It's 5PM here and I've been at the bookstore for at least 5 hours now. Hey, coffee, books and internet. What's not to like?

It's certainly doesn't look like 5PM though. So sunny and bright!

I bought a book of cat stories I want to read but there's no way I'll do it in public. I will cry. Torn between staying out and going home to my fur babies. What's a gal to do?

Just checking in.

Good weekend. My son was with his father. I was alone with not structure...a huge trigger.

Well, I structured it with meetings, getting back to yoga class (and warm welcomes from my fellow yogis I haven't seen in almost a year) and getting prepared for the week.

Tomorrow starts day 20!

Thanks for the kitty, Bimi!

After seeing all the videos posted about dogs and kitties, dogs are unbelievably patient with the kitties! Love to the canines too!

I took this pic at a Baseball game in uptown Charlotte today. My Boys and I had a great weekend and I'm still sober. I survived the Beer garden.

MrFixit, I love Charlotte - haven't been there in years, but it's a great city.

You mean he haz a tuff!

In all seriousness, while I do find them cute, I really wish folks wouldn't do this kind of stuff. It's all fun and games when things end well. Not so much if they don't.

Well any time anyone has dogs and cats living together, these type of interactions occur. I don't like to think people are trying to cause injury to their animals.

Maybe I'm too naïve.

I should restate that. I really do think folks wouldn't intentionally do harm. I just hope people are really careful.
