Step Ten Invantory

Hi all, I'm reviewing how I write my step ten. I don't feel it's detailing everything I need at the moment. I suffer from depression and I'm currently getting ill again. I have been taught to write my step ten as a letter to God listing my gratitudes, difficulties, achievements and character defects. Can anyone suggest any additions which may help me map my depressive feelings as well as these?

Thanks

"Continue to watch for selfishness, dishonesty, resentment, and fear. When these crop up, we ask God at once to remove them. We discuss them with someone immediately and make amends quickly if we have harmed anyone. Then we resolutely turn our thoughts to someone we can help. Love and tolerance of others is our code."

This is a link to NA's step 10 pamphlet. It includes a list of questions/reflections to do at the end of each day.

It is a downloadable/printable PDF file.

I find it very useful.
