AVRT / Secular Recovery Blogs
Hi Soberella, nice to see you here on the secular side. The source of AVRT is of course the Rational Recovery website. The Crash Course in AVRT is there, free of charge, and a good book is available from the website, or from your favorite online reseller for less than a bottle of beer.
Apart from RR, I think that we have one of the best online resources for AVRT right here at SR, in our 'AVRT Discussion' thread that has something over 2500 posts. Some great discussion is found there, as well as in other threads with 'big plan' in the subject line.
Other popular secular recovery tools are SMART, SoS, LifeRing, and WFS. Posting links to other message boards is discouraged here, but google can find what is available to you.
I hope you keep posting here, Soberella, there is a lot of support here for you! Best to you.

Hi soberella
As freshstart mentioned we have a policy here of not linking to blogs or other recovery forums.
If anyone does have any relevant blogs I'd ask that they PM Soberella with the info.
