ty morning all 8:15 2 days sober. Here in China with my wife luckily my contract at my school is almost over so I have three months off to get healthy. Have to talk with my boss this morning see if i can end my contract today only have three days left but i have holidays and a grace period. Wish me luck

Lighten Up!

I find whenever I am taken over by what seems to be a
problem, I have to ask myself these questions:

Is it really worth getting upset over?

Am I overreacting?

Is it really any of my business?

Is it worth exciting others?

How important is this really?

Is it worth giving up my peace over?

Is it really that bad?

Is it Life changing?

Is it Life threatening?

Is it just temporary?

Is it something I can change?

Or do I need to accept it as it is?

Is the situation irreparable?

Is it really my problem?

I have a little God Box I made in which I place my prayers now and then.

Some of the prayers were desperate cries for help in a situation. I go back
and look at some of the prayers I dropped in there and most were answered.

But to tell you the truth I couldn't even remember what was really a crisis 6
months ago until I read those prayers.

So I try not to take life so seriously, cuz what may seem like a crisis today I
probably won't even remember 6 months from now.
