So since I stopped drinking (8/31), I have begun cracking my knuckles in my sleep. Like hardcore cracking. Over and over. I wake myself up, and my hands are sore the next day. It's freakin me out a little.

I have been sleep 3 or 4 hours a night, and wake myself up at least 2 or 3 times during that time.

I do crack my knuckles on occasion when I'm awake - maybe once or twice a day at most.

Any thoughts?
