24 Hour Club Sign Up Sheet Part 9, Come Join Us!
/URL]Hey Everyone! Sunny and Hot In Florida! It's hump Day. I should have found a hump back whale not a dolphin lol. This is a sign up sheet, we post our time and commit to staying clean and sober for the next 24 hours. We stay accountable to the other members in the club. Please join us today! Maybe this is just the little push you need.

Let's get Unstuck!
Sometimes I may not always feel like it but I have to act my way into good feelings. Meaning I
have to take action, act positive, do the right things when I don't want to . I don't always want to.
I can't think myself happy. I can't just sit around and expect my life or mood to improve while I am
just waiting around to feel better. It just doesn't work that way for me.
I have to get up and do something different. Moving a muscle changes a thought. I have a great
friend in recovery who is always telling me to go for a walk if I am not feeling that good.
I tell her I don't feel like going for a walk. She says Do It anyways whether I feel like it or not
that it will change the way I feel. And she is always right.
People give us suggestions all the time , suggestions that work but sometimes we are
just more comfortable sitting in our own do-do.
But there really is a way out of feeling stuck and depressed. We just have to get up and go
whether we feel like it or not.
Make a call to a friend in recovery, talk to someone on SR, get to a meeting, reach out to a newcomer.
Nothing will ever change in our lives if we do not.
What are we gonna do different today? How about we start by going for a short walk around the
block. I'll betcha we will feel better if we do.
We all have to start somewhere to get unstuck.
Let's get unstuck today!
