I am grateful for...
My children, but right now mostly my daughter who is always the voice of both love and reason; my friends who listen to me, let me cry, and support me; my pets who love me no matter what, and fill the empty space in the bed at night where he used to sleep; the birds who come to my window to eat the food I've left for them, my social group who build me up, and appreciate what I have to say, and for this forum, where I can see there are people just like me, going through the same thing.
I am grateful today for all the good things I've been blessed with.
My family, both my own and my birth family.
Amazing friends who, even though they can't understand me, never stop trying.
And today, I feel a whole lot better than I did yesterday.
And I'm grateful that my friends in Boston were nowhere near the horrible thing that happened there.
Thank you to the Good Spirit of the Universe.
