One of the BEST solutions for me to stay sober is to CONSTANTY be in a place of gratitude!!! I am grateful to be alive. I am grateful that God chose to save me! I am grateful that God loves me. I am grateful that I have such an amazing support system! I am grateful for the people who live to uplift one another. I am grateful for the sunny days. I am grateful for the rainy days...and the rainbows that chase them. I am grateful that I can talk, I am grateful that I can walk. I am grateful for singing and laughing and feeling the kiss of the sun. I am grateful for EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE! What are you grateful for today?
