Hi, well i suppose mainly i am grateful to still be alive and in a fair enough state of health, it could be a lot worse thats for sure, well it has thinking about it all, a year ago i was full on bang at it, a few stone lighter, feeling and looking like **** with terrible health issues,etc. But since then have been slowly turning my life around, even though i realise i,ve got a long long way to go, but hey baby steps, day by day, i am in a much better place and state, thats for sure, and am very grateful for all, and to the help i have had, but to myself too, for trying and making the efforts needed, i have attended my first n.a. meet earlier 2nite, and am grateful for that and all that made me feel welcome.
