I have been Sober since October! Everyone tells me I wasn't a "real" alcoholic since I've kept the same 1.75 ml bottle of vodka in my freezer since then. Bulls ****! The blackouts, the cheating, the un-explained bruises. Everything! I visit this site every single day, and you guys are what has kept me going. I'm 26, a young mother of 2 girls, 7 and almost 4, and an amazing husband that loves me dearly. I know where I would have ended up had I have kept drinking. My withdrawal was hell! Shaking, rapid heartbeat, insomnia. I'm grateful for reading all of your stories and getting me out the darkness before it was far too late for me. I thank you all more than you'll ever know.
