I am grateful for the opportunity I have to practice yoga everyday if I choose to. I am working in a yogafortrade program where I clean the studio for three hours a week in exchange for unlimited yoga classes. I am unemployed so this program is a life saver for me. I can detox, meet people who are living a true "yoga lifestyle," and dedicate some time to myself. The benefits are tremendous emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally and physically. Namaste.
