I am grateful...
Today, I am grateful for a beautiful young son.
He saved my life and doesn't even know it.
I would still be stuck in my horrible addiction and on the cusp of death.
He has filled the spaces in my life where my pills used to resonate.
Today, I am grateful that I am NOT the person I was four years ago.
I am grateful to have the faith that I have and for the determination to continually better myself for my family.
