OT: ABCs outside of addiction
I have been reading a bit about SMART and ABCs. These look really powerful in managing anger and stress. Can anyone recommend a good way to get more proficient at this? Any good books?
I'm currently reading about AVRT for addiction so right now I'm mainly interested in it for help outside of addiction. Sorry it's off topic but this seemed like the best place for it.
