Today I'm thankful for...
Waking up this morning a little depressed and anxious but got my but to command p.t. and knocked out a few miles worth of running. It took the bad feelings away and help rid my body of a bit more toxins. Thanks be to my god and family for walking beside me during this life long jouney and carring me when I need it.
