Well, Edat, I can tell you that I was never good when I was down there!! Starting in high school sneaking into my first bar with my cousins with an older cousins ID... Um, who WAS that girl?
But the shore there IS really nice. Truly. As are the Pine Barrens. Unfortunately I drank my way through many a canoe trip down Bastoe through the barrens, too.
I think it would be nice to go back and do those things sober now! And actually appreciate them!!

i've lived here most of my life, been to all the beaches from WildWood north....currently love Avon and Spring Lake Hts....much quieter than the big noisy boardwalks
the TV show has made terrible havoc for the locals....but it brings $$ for the businesses

The Peoples Republic of New Jersey. Many fond memories of that often maligned state but it sure is politically messed up. There's enough BS there these days to make a Piney want to flee the high taxes and goofy laws. Did you know slingshots are illegal in NJ? Dennis the Menace would be a felon in that cesspool.
