if I can you can too!
I am 40 (ugh). 4 kids oldest almost 20, youngest only 4. I live in a very small farming town in indiana. I am the typical baseball and football Mom. I am also an addict. Pain killers were my doc. felt very social and energetic when I took them. I was addicted for about 6 years. It got to the point I was taking 10 to 15 10's a day!!
I am so excited to say today is day 18 clean! I made it past the withdrawals this time. The weird off feeling just finally lifted a few days ago. today I actually drove to the store and worked in my garden. I attribute most of my success to the forum. although I mostly lurked I was amazed to see so many others just like me!!! I will forever be grateful. I see a therapist once a week. I would also like to add that I went cold turkey and detoxed at home.
