I am grateful that today I laughed, really laughed.

I laughed a lot this evening. I was bit flat so starting texting a friend, we were joking about something that happened in my village, I found myself really laugh, so good, not because I was half cut but because it was funny. It felt good. I am grateful for that. A month ago I couldn't even smile.

Oh that makes me smile. I remember laughing in early sobriety. And my belly hurt from it and I thought how LONG it had been since I had felt such simple and pure joy.

That is wonderful!! I remember laughing the first time clean. I laughed so hard I cried. I get to experience that on a regular basis now. There is so much more to come. Keep laughing!!
