I lost my sister 2 years ago due to her years of cocaine and crack use. She was only 38.

When they did an autopsy; they found traces of cocaine metabolites in her system.

We thought she had been clean for 9 years.

Since they found the metabolites she was using before she died right?

(((Liz))) I won't say how long cocaine stays in your system, but if they found traces of it in her system, I would say that she was using close to the time of her death.

I'm sorry, I really am. I was terrified of crack, for a while, having seen two 20-something-year-olds die after using it. However, once I started abusing drugs, I ended up becoming a crack addict.
