First and foremost, next time you detox could be behind cell doors in a cold room with no meds, no TV, no nothing except pure hell and a future with a felony charge on it.

Second, Go see a Doctor immediately and ask for some help. A doctor can best determine how to help you from a medical standpoint. BELIEVE ME when I say, seeing a doctor can make the difference between staying clean and being forced to use again because of the W/D.

Third, Look for a support group like NA, AA, etc

Fourth, Keep in touch with us here at SR

Fifth, Do all these things in this order!
