Need some advice with diet

On my "pill" diet, I managed to put on about 15 pounds. I pretty much didn't care about anything- much less what I ate! When I stopped using, I didn't eat hardly anything for the first several days, and lost the 15 lbs quick! I've been exercising everyday (made such a huge difference in WD this time), and eating really healthy. The problem is that someone turned on my appetite yesterday, and I can't get full!! I have been eating fruits & veggies etc, but it's just not cutting it. Is this normal? I'm on day 19 clean, and I don't want to gain the weight back- I feel good physically!! Anyone have any experience with this, or any suggestions on more filling healthy foods? Thanks!!

My appetite came back in a HUGE way too. I put on 10 pounds in four weeks, Im still relatively small (147, 5'7") but definitely not doing a great job converting that weight to muscle yet. My best advice would be to see a dietician and ask him/her the questions about food you want to know. I know this probably didnt help much, and I know a lot of other ppl on the site are far better qualified to help than I, but I wanted to let you know Ive felt the same way

Thanks eff! A dietician would probably be a good idea. I'll have to look into that. I'm pretty small too- 5-5 and 119, so it's not a huge deal if I gain a few pounds, but I just feel good where I am now! Maybe the extra excercise is just speeding up my metabolism?? I'm eating like I did when I was 16 ( I could put most guys under the table in food consumption and not gain a pound! I'm female, by the way!). Again, thanks for the response! I really appreciate it!

Oh yeah.... The first few days the appetite spigot is OFF.... A few days later it's a FIREHOSE! Personally, I think your brain is screaming for anything that feels good again - like carbs and chocolate.
I'm 5 weeks out and still trying to get my appetite under control. I eat but I eat healthy.
