I haven't used in so long. This is so stupid. I'm coming down and have 2 exams in 2 hours!! I'm driving myself insane... I worked so hard and things are good. Until now... Idk why i did this but I need to make a plan. I have body aches and uncontrollable muscle spasms and poor motor functions. I'm freaking out! i can't calm my self down. I'm gonna screw up my future:rotfxko

I'm assuming that you slipped and did something. If that's the case, I would advise checking yourself into a hospital and getting some serious detox time. It's not the end of the world if you miss an exam. Exams can be repeated, but your life can't be.
