So, Rite Aid has an online feature where you can track your compliance with taking prescribed meds based on the frequency with which you refill prescriptions. My psych med compliance over the last six months has been abysmal, like 62%. That's roughly 20 days out of the month.

I don't see how the lack of a good baseline can possibly be helping me. Ugh...

hahahahahahaha, yeah, I thought I was in exact compliance until I moved all my meds in those med minders as a result of my counts not coming out even.
It isn't as easy as it sounds and I am not as good at it as I thought I was.

I picked up two of the weekly pill organizers pronto. Compliance since then has been 100%! I guess all I can do is better than I've done in the past.
