Well, I didn't make it through Day 3. I ended up in the ER and got 12 pills. $500+ for 12 pills. This is totally insane. And, do I feel better? No. I took some Soma last night with my Trazadone to sleep and I slept all right. I was in a bad haze today and I have very little tolerance for that.

I did exercise today and eat well. So, tomorrow I start anew. I have learned not to substitute one drug for another and I need to keep busy-totally cleared my calendar, lied to everyone saying I had the flu. I just gotta get through this....

It does get better and we do recover.
