this is a good article. I am going through or have gone through recently precisely these symptoms which I have never experienced before. And I just quit Klonopin after 3 yrs prescribed.. Scary stuff

Benzo withdrawals are a double whammy if you also used alcohol.

Thanks dgilz. You are right. I have taken nearly everything on the planet before and never had withdrawals like this. I don't even like to get out of bed, but I do. The anxiety is off the charts, and auditory halllucinatons are quite disturbing, when you dont feel like you even control your own mind.

Hello everyone- I posted earlier but didnt mention my Drs appt yesterday. I went, and was glad he didn't recommend starting back up on the klonopin. However he prescribed Effexor, and I am scared to take anything at all any longer- so I havent started taking it yet. Probably will not take it. I think I just need to tough this out and get completely clean- it has worked before. Have a great day
