Struggling with anxiety since getting clean
Hi Everyone,
I got clean on May 2, 2011 and have since struggled with constant anxiety and depression. I was on OC's for 2 years and then Suboxone for 2. When I got clean I cut myself off from most of the people that I knew, 1 because many of them used and 2 drugs made me insane and I said and did many things that I can't believe.
I hope to be moving soon as I'm finishing school, but it's very difficult to only have a few semi-relationships with people and is especially hard going out in public as people generally look at me like I'm dirt. Having no insurance, I don't think going to a Dr. is really a possibility.
Has anyone else had similar experiences? How did you deal with it?
