Man I'm almost at 6 months and really out of it with the foggiest brain I've ever had, almost as bad as when my vitamin d was low. Been checked out by the doc so I think I can blame post acute withdrawal. Did this come and go as late as 6 months for you guys too?

My mental clarity is directly related to my sleep.

My sleep is still impaired from the oxys, and it's been 11 months now for me. I do wonder if opiates can permanently damage the receptor sites involved with sleep, since all these brain chemicals are inter-related.

hi,
i really didn`t sleep well even when using, i never had a schedule, I still have a tough time sleeping, but I try to go to bed between 10-11 every night just to get my body in a routine because we never had a routine while using if you really think about it.
I got up @ 3 this morning couldn`t sleep, I don`t know why, but I won`t fight it.
I did alot of damage to my body,mind and soul and I know it will take awhile to fix. i used for almost 25 years so I know I have a long way to go, but willing to do it.
i still have cravings but I just can`t react to them EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
