Today (tonight here in Scotland) I am grateful for the toast and jam I'm about to share with my adorable chocolate labrador who lies beside me snoring heavily as I type. (she won't be asleep for long once I move towards the toaster).

Today I am grateful for shopping and I am well stocked with goodies I should not eat like chocolate and don't care .LOL.

Today I am grateful for the digital revolution so I can sit on my deck, in the warmth with a cup of tea, post on SR and not have to worry about writing myself off over the weekend

Today I am grateful to be sober & had a great night out at a cool restaurant where my friends & I all had tea instead of drinks like most others were having. We laughed, told stories & shared our experiences sober.

I cant wait to wake up to a new day tomorrow feeling good about who I am.

Thanks for sharing & giving me a space to share my gratitude :
