Tomorrow is the day
Tomorrow is the day I actually call a
Doctor and I have no idea what to say
And if they will turn me away or actually
Help me. And I know I'm not suppose
To ask about medical stuff but I'm
Freaking out. What do you think I
Should say and what do you think
They will do for me.
I have been taking pain pills non
Stop for three months and every time
I try to quit the WD are so bad I relapse

You can do it Sundrop. If it is a good Dr. they will take you seriously. If it is just another pill pusher (and there are a ton of them out there...) then you will have to find another Dr.
Let us know what you hear tomorrow - a lot of folks have had to go through more than one Dr. to find the one that is willing to really help them. You may be lucky and find the right one tomorrow - be honest and let them know you want to quit but are afraid of the withdrawals - you can get non-narcotic items to help with the withdrawal phase. Don't want to say anymore as I do not have an MD...
Hang in there!!!

It will be natural to not want to make that call. Please just do it. Call the Dr. and tell them the TRUTH. Most Dr.'s will help, or find someone to help. I think you will feel so much better once you tell the Dr. A weight will be lifted from you. It can be difficult to talk about it, but once you do, you will feel better. Do not put it off. You can do this
Call and set up an urgent appointment. IF they ask what its for, tell them. They may refer you to someone more knowledgeable in that area right away. Or maybe a Dr. there can help. Either way, tomorrow night you could be thinking - I am glad I got the ball rolling, or you can be sitting around mad you used excuses not to call. I know which one will feel better.
So, call the Dr. and request an appointment. If they ask, tell them the truth. From there you have gotten things going. I think this is also where you will start to feel better cuz you will have some control in your situation.
Do it.
