Day 29 startin good

Got up early like i need to gonna get some things done feel better than i have the last week. Hopefully things will stay this way for a while.

Great to hear - I actually had the energy to go do two hours of yard work and still feeling pretty good - amazing to have a little energy back. I truly had forgotten how good it feels.
