Been awhile
Hello all, just wanted to give a quick update here, been awhile since I've posted. I can't say I haven't used any PK's, however, went to the ER in mid June with appendicitis and back 3 weeks later with an umbilical hernia. So, honestly, I needed them, but I did not abuse, well, maybe once or twice, but I'm way passed that! Been back at the gym for 1 solid week, doctors orders of course 
Damn, have I missed that feeling. Keep your head up and remember, life is too short to be small!
