Blood Pressure
Wow, its so amazing! I'm so happy, even though its only been 2 week of sobriety, my blood pressure has usually been hovering around 170/ 110 the last few years ( totally neglected it ) but the last week its been falling down to a somewhat respectable 138/ 85. ( withouts meds ). Holy cow !

That's really good news....and Yes! it happened that way for me too.
Please keep your doctor aware...cutting out salt also helped me
