I am on day 10 myself, and I hear you - 90 meetings in 90 days. Even though I am still somewhat uncomfortable I am going to my home group meeting tomorrow to volunteer to work at their Thanksgiving marathon...I figure the busier I get within the program the less chance I will have of isolating and listening to this idiot brain of mine...

Well, i´m clean since july of 2010. Sometimes i just don´t believe how i made it! The beggining is really tough, but you really have to believe in yourself.

You get stronger everyday, is a daily battle and the first month is the worst. But after that you´ll see the difference.

Exercises are the best suggestion i have for you. Find some phisical activity, some sport to make you sweat and feel tired. Running, swimming, boxing, anything. Long walks are the best way to begin.

Drug users have compulsive personalities, so try to switch a bad habit for a healthy one.

You can do it and you will do it!
