Grateful for this early bird routine I seem to have gotten into - I'm a night owl but there sure are advantages to an early start.

Grateful my day worked out so well yesterday in spite of how I thought it would go south.

Grateful for the sense of satisfaction meeting responsibilities gives me.

Grateful I'm not a rebel without a cause anymore.

Have a good one, all....

Grateful an actual bird woke me up this morning by squacking at my window. Good thing, as I slept through the alarm. I'm on my way to my 6:30AM appt!

grateful that waking up feeling WELL is more the norm these days.....my fogginess in the AM is normal and solved with coffee (i take my allergy meds at night)...grateful I do not get up every AM and immediately feel nauseated.

grateful that the good weather means exercise with the dog, not laying around deciding whether to start drinking or go to work...(i never want to forget how BAD it was, because I want to appreciate how far I've come).

grateful my big decisions in the AM now involve what kind of coffee to drink and how to pack lunch quickly,

back later, gotta run to work

Grateful I have a Plan B because Plan A already changed.
Grateful a friend felt she could call me in the middle of the night. I still don't understand what's going on for her but I'm grateful to be a safe place for her. ****{There But for the Grace of God Go I}}}}}
Grateful for a riotous bouquet of flowers I picked yesterday.

Grateful that the pain in my knee that I was experiencing when I kneeled on it has healed. My doctor said it would but it would take a few months of just not kneeling on it.

I wanted to add grats for yesterday's burst of energy and enthusiasm to Get Things Done. I had the kind of day that people write about when they say, "I never got things done when I was drinking and now I am a dynamo!" I finally had one of those. It was great. God, please make today like that too!

Morning, everyone....

Grateful to know I can make my day as serene as I want it.
Grateful to have the old get up and go.
Grateful tomorrow is a payday and the bills will be paid.
Grateful for the lopidor labrador's habits - he has to come into my room to "tell" me that he's about to go for a walk with John - never fails to do this.

And, yes, RZ, I did manage to squeeze more "crap" into my day yesterday where'd you get the smiley with the cheesy grin - lol
