today i am grateful
I am thankful and grateful today for
- giving myself the opportunity to live a sober life
- 88 days booze free
- for the friends in my life
- music and punk rock for it's positive influence on me
- realizing who my real friends are
- that my family have seen a remarkable transformation in my life
- living for today
- to the doctors who have helped me get on the correct medication
- feeling in the best mental health in my adult life
- my new found life
- that I am truely happy
- that the anxiety in my life has got heaps better since abstaining from alcohol
- for finding the sober recovery community it has been a life-saver
- believing in myself and know I'm worth it
- for staying strong against the odds
