Greetings,
I have read through some really encouraging threads and decided to get on and try to get feedback and support.
I was using hydro 10 mg for the last 2 years and 5 mg for several years before that.
I quit cold turkey last Friday. I feel awful. I am wondering how long the restless sleep, body aches, flu-like symptoms are going to last.
I am determined to make this work. I just don't know how long I can try to function at work while I feel so bad...any thoughts? Is there something I should be doing besides contacting an MD for soboxone. It seems like they won't take insurance and want alot of $ for treatment...please give me some feedback.

My experience was about a week of the physical stuff like you are talking about. My best advice is drinking water, and sit in the sun and soak up some Vitamin D. I know it is probably warm where you are so do it when it's not too terribly hot out. The aches will decrease with the heat from the sun though and the Vit D is a natural antidepressant.

I know it seems really miserable right now. It does get better. Go minute by minute.
