The short answer is "NO".

All mind altering substances, even brief bursts of them, stimulate the same dopamine receptors that heroin does. Does a heroin addict in recovery need their dopamine receptors stimulated?

It isn't worth the risk.

Actually, Yes....everybody does or life would suck.

Doing it with drugs and /or alcohol. I would have to agree.
Exercise is an excellent method and so is laughter. Sex is a fairly popular way and it has the bonus of releasing seratonin, which coincidently enough contains the root word that serinity does.

My first response is "No"...if you have an addictive personality then its easy to become addicted to something else. I was a meth addict, got clean and a couple years later I began drinking. 5-years later my life and health were in ruins, to say the least.


I just wouldn't recommend it at all.

A socail shooter...I only shoot dope at family functions....I only hit the pipe when I go to public events cause I don't like crowds.
