Husbands ex wants medical advice from me....

She's trying to taper off her oxy's for her back problem and she's asking me for medical advice..

This lady and I don't really have the best relationship, but I still want to help her...

What should I do?

She says all she wants is more pills to make the detox easier and I told her she's just gotta wait it out...

She's going to her doc on Monday, but doubt she will ever go to NA.

Thank you

it's kind of you to wish to help her but I'd be steering clear of offering med advice

Not long ago I got a call from a neighbor complaining about having frequent pain.
She asked if I would let her buy whatever pain meds I might have...then "Do you know where to buy pot"?
Geez!

I wouldn't get involved.

I'm glad she's going to the Dr.

I know, I have such a hard time not answering her texts. She constantly asks me for help.

I would tell her that not feeling good in detox is actually a GOOD sign that she is actually detoxing.
