chucking the baby out with the bathwater
my dad used to always advocate writing things down but because he was mean nasty and [according to my mother] an addict i have tended to chuck away this advice.
now my recovery books are advocating i write stuff down. so far i have bent in [so to speak] to a 'goal' list but im not sure i feel able to do the whole 12 step inventory on paper and all this lark can anyone identify
