Today I am thankful for the opportunity to talk to Trev. Being with my daughter and us both singing in the car, to the greatest hit of the unsigned artist. Fun fighting both playing a game on the ipad with M. The prawns that will be cooked for my dinner. The wonder of the internet giving us access to so much- it gets not enough good press.

On the absence of negatives side I am thankful for
less craving for junk food
more peace of mind

I am coming to believe I will be delivered from my torment, if I don't lose sight of my higher power
