Yes!
I've read numerous threads on this; it's totally normal to feel lethargic, lose sleep, and feel a bit anxious.
It takes time for our bodies to get back to what they were prior to their addiction-mode.
I used ginko biloba during my lethargy...worked so much better than coffee!

I don't know if it's definitely normal but it happened to me too, still does, and I've heard of several others that have experienced the same.
That stuff was like my coffee in the morning and I've been pretty sluggish at times without it. I don't know the exact brain chemistry behind it but it messes with dopamine, seratonin, pleasure sensors thing I'm sure.
Give it time. I'm at the 5-6 week mark and still struggling and improving daily.

Yes, definitely. Ah, it took two months to stop sweating and admittedly much longer overall than I thought it would take to get to a place I thought to be normal. The good news is that if you keep doing the right things, it will happen. I feel so much better, sleep so much better and plain old am so much better overall than I was before.
Exercise is one of the most helpful things, physically, that I did to help my body to heal. It was also a very good mood lifter. I biked to meetings.
Be patient, eat well, sleep as needed, keep your recovery as your priority and let your HP take care of the rest.
