I found this article to be very true for me. What an interesting concept and theory. I have always been told I have no balance (physically) and I really do have balance issues. Standing on one leg is extremely difficult, closing my eyes while standing leaves me feeling extremely off balance, doing tasks that require balance (like riding a bike) take an extreme amount of concentration for me (to the point that I will not ride one), etc....
