Wow, I wish I would have found info on acoa years ago, but hey better late than never;-) I do have alot of the symptoms of acoas, but I push people away, (not so much anymore) and I am in a happy, safe marriage going on 2 yrs. The exsplosive anger, over thinking, trust issues,overreacting, personalizing things, these are much less than years past, but my 3 grown children have some of the 2nd hand effects of unresolved issues of acoas. But they do understand and are pretty good great overall. I am looking forward to even more intensive healing. anyway, I could ramble on:-) but I do look forward to talking with people who have been through the same.
