Grateful this morning for good outcomes yesterday and for the gorgeous day we had.... PERFECT! More T-storms are predicted the rest of the week, but I'll take one sunny day a week right now. Radio guy said yesterday that it was the first 2 day stretch of sun we've had all year. Grateful for the sun.

Grateful to Carol for her service.

yes, grateful for a sunny spring morning here too.

another sober day, grateful for feeling well physically and some distractions to keep in from feeling too sad.

grateful for getting 5 hours of sleep and hoping i can get 6 hours tonight..Insomnia is very draining...and a big trigger for me.

grateful to be able to concentrate on my health this week.....one obligation left on the funeral details, but i can handle it over the weekend...delivering some pastry trays and thank you cards to the nursing home staff.

grateful to be able to work on the garden and keep that work in progress...grateful i have not yet killed off the plants!

Morning! Grateful for the chance to get myself grateful and *CREATE* the feeling of contentment and accomplishment I had the other day!

Grateful to be going to a party tonight. I'll be drinking many many fizzy seltzers with lime, because it's best for my health. Grateful for the ridiculous number of calories I won't be drinking and the $$ I won't be spending.

Grateful that it is so beautiful here that bedding plants including tomatoes can be outside overnight.

Grateful for some homemade vegetable soup for breakfast - starving this morning for some reason. Grateful to have an appetite.

Grateful for acceptance, willingness, effort and determination to get me to where I need to be going in this recovery process. It is coming together more and more each day. :-)

Have a terrific Tuesday everyone!

Grateful for inner strength coming to me through HP

Grateful for feeling clear-headed today.

Also grateful for a good night's sleep after a long bout of insomnia.

Will send a "you are feeling sleepy" mantra to Fandy as I say it to myself!

Wait - must find out if Fandy is in the same time zone first - won't be helpful if it's my night-time and Fandy's daytime.

Grateful that anxiety is waning as I move in a good, orderly direction.

Grateful for this site - keeping it green.

Don't know where I'm going, but I know where I've been.....

Have a good day, all........

Good Morning grats

Grateful I saw Pattenat post I was wondering where you were? I was getting a tad worried and thought I might have to send out the whiners patrol.

Grateful the countdown to my trip is winding down in 3 weeks I will be on East Coast time.

Have a tachyphrasia Tuesday(abnormally rapid or voluble speech)

good morning grat-packers...

grateful for getting in 5.5 hours of sleep, every night the rest period is increasing and while it's not my perfect 7-8 hours...5.5 is better than the night before....my batteries are getting recharged at least.

grateful for sober energy and breakfast...packing a healthy lunch.
always grateful for saving calories by not consuming booze..and as someone mentioned, i also love seltzer with a splash of juice and lemon as my drink of the evening.

grateful for hump day and getting things done.

back later!

Good Morning grat crew:

Grateful today for no big plans, it might hit 80 again, and the nice life that I have. Grateful for the extra living hours that sobriety has gifted us with.

Grateful not to have to make excuses anymore to drink

Grateful to make sure small issues don't turn into huge problems

Grateful that I don't take thinks personally anymore

Grateful that now I can make promises to my kids that I can keep

Grateful that I can disregard other people opinions and suggestions if I would like to.

Grateful for the beautiful day in store for me, with a lot of adventure just waiting for me. :-)
